"c-Claim" Gives Clients a Single Point of Contact for Financial Lines Claims and Provides for More Efficient Processing of Claims.
NEW YORK--Dec. 11, 2006--The AIG Companies(R), today announced the formation of "c-Claim" (centralized - Customer Link And Information Management) to process Financial Lines claims more quickly and efficiently.
"c-Claim" will provide a single point of entry for all Financial Lines claims, including Directors and Officers (D&O), Errors and Omissions (E&O), Financial Institutions (FI) and Fidelity. The streamlined workflow will promptly direct each new notice or claim to the most appropriate claim professional, facilitating client contact and efficient resolution. "c-Claim" staff is committed to taking ownership of all inquiries and will stay actively involved through their resolution.

Effective immediately, all Financial Lines claims may be submitted at email@example.com. The claim reporting form is downloadable from www.aignationalunion.com and phone inquiries may be directed to 888-602-5246.
