|AIG TO FILE SECOND QUARTER 2006 FORM 10-Q AND HOLD CONFERENCE CALL ON SECOND QUARTER 2006 RESULTS|
NEW YORK--July 27, 2006--American International Group, Inc. (AIG) will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending June 30, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 after the close of the market.
AIG President and Chief Executive Officer Martin J. Sullivan will host a conference call, broadcast live over the Internet, on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. EDT to discuss AIG's second quarter 2006 results.
AIG's second quarter earnings release and financial supplement will be available following the filing of the Form 10-Q in the Investor Information section of www.aigcorporate.com.
