NEW YORK--March 14, 2006--American International Group, Inc. (AIG) will file its 2005 Annual Report on Form 10-K and its 2004 Annual Report on Form 10-K/A with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, March 16, 2006 after the close of the market.
A conference call will be held on Friday, March 17, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. EST. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.aigwebcast.com.
