|GOLDMAN SACHS AND J.P. MORGAN CLIENT MEETINGS WITH AIG EXECUTIVES POSTPONED|
NEW YORK--March 10, 2005--American International Group, Inc. (AIG) announced that the Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. client meetings with AIG Chairman M.R. Greenberg and other AIG executives have been postponed. The Goldman Sachs meeting was to take place on March 10, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. EST; the J.P. Morgan meeting was originally scheduled for March 14, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
