|AIG DECLARES QUARTERLY STOCK DIVIDEND OF 7.5 CENTS PER SHARE|
NEW YORK--Nov. 17, 2004--American International Group, Inc. (AIG) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of 7.5 cents per share, payable on March 18, 2005 to shareholders of record on March 4, 2005.
