|AIG NAMES BILL KRIVOSHIK CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER|
|NEW YORK, May 19, 1998 - American International Group, Inc. (AIG) has announced that Bill Krivoshik has joined AIG as Chief Information Officer, with primary responsibility for AIG's management information strategy, application software development, information system architecture and technical standards in AIG member companies, worldwide. |
Mr. Krivoshik was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of GE Capital IT Solutions, a supplier of hardware, software, implementation and outsourcing services. Before joining GE Capital, Mr. Krivoshik was in executive positions with NYNEX, which he joined from Andersen Consulting, where he was an Associate Partner in the advanced technology practice. He earned his B.S. degree from Princeton University and his M.S. from Stanford University.
