AIG Announces Results of Its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 2016-- Shareholders of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) today elected sixteen directors at the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The shareholders also voted to support each of the two proposals recommended by the AIG Board of Directors.
