|Chartis Announces Private & Non-Profit Management Liability Market Trends Seminar Series|
NEW YORK – March 29, 2011 – Chartis today announced a series of management liability market trends seminars for private companies and non-profit organizations titled “Private Company & Non-Profit Management Liability Risks: Perception or Reality.”
The multi-city series, hosted by the Executive Liability division, will feature a panel of leading national law firms who will address emerging issues and exposures faced by private companies and non-profit organizations. Among those firms represented by panel speakers throughout the series include Alston & Bird, Baker Botts, Davis Wright Tremaine, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, Fulbright & Jaworski, Goodwin Procter, Husch Blackwell Sanders, King & Spalding, Kutak Rock, Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. John Gambale, President of the Private Company and Non-Profit Division of Executive Liability, will serve as moderator.
The seminar series will also feature Reputation Partners, a nationally renowned crisis communications and public relations consultant, who will provide case studies of solutions implemented by private companies and non-profit organizations to mitigate reputational damage and manage crises in the face of management liability exposures.
