|Chartis to Hold Fourth in Series of Private & Non-Profit Management Liability Market Trends Seminars on April 19, 2011 in Houston|
NEW YORK – April 14, 2011 – Chartis today announced that the fourth installment of its management liability market trends seminars, “Private Company & Non-Profit Management Liability Risks: Perception or Reality,” will be held on April 19, 2011 in Houston.
This is the fourth seminar of a series of six that will run throughout April 2011. Hosted by the Executive Liability division, the seminars will feature a panel of leading national law firms who will address emerging issues and exposures faced by private companies and non-profit organizations. Panel speakers at the Houston event will include Tom Ajamie of Ajamie LLP; Mark Glasser of Baker Botts; Robert Harrell of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP; John Mullen of Nelson, Levine, de Luca & Horst; and Anthony Santoro of Chartis. John Gambale, President of the Private Company and Non-Profit Division of Executive Liability, will serve as moderator.
The event will also feature Reputation Partners, a nationally renowned crisis communications and public relations consultant, who will provide case studies of solutions implemented by private companies and non-profit organizations to mitigate reputational damage risk and manage crises in the face of management liability exposures.
