NEW YORK, Feb 09, 2011 -- American International Group, Inc. (AIG) will report its fourth quarter 2010 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, February 24, 2011. AIG's Annual Report on Form 10-K, press release, and financial supplement will be available in the Investor Information section of www.aig.com.

AIG will also host a conference call on Friday, February 25, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. ET to review these results. The call is open to the public and can be accessed via a live listen-only webcast at www.aig.com. A replay will be available after the call at the same location.
