New Enhancements Provide Coverage for Discrimination and Extended Coverage for Professional and Environmental Liability
NEW YORK--May 15, 2008--AIG Excess Casualty(R), a unit of AIG Commercial Insurance, today introduced Real Estate Advantage(SM), a collection of coverage enhancements for claims asserting discrimination and for professional liability claims for services such as on-site spas or beauty salons. In addition, Real Estate Advantage includes an extended pollution endorsement for additional named perils such as pesticides, herbicides and carbon monoxide. The pollution endorsement also allows insureds more time to report a pollution claim.
